Rivera vs. Lidge

I would go Lidge, Rivera, K-Rod.

My biggest concern is that Lidge can't do the closer thing for a whole year. But if he can, his numbers will be so freakishly amazing (K-wise, at least) that it'll be worth the risk.

I have a similar concern for K-Rod, but the reward isn't as great.

I'd have to say Lidge, because saves are a finnicky stat, but usually good K guys are always good K guys, and the saves will probably be similar anyways. Anyways, some cracks are starting to appear in Mariano's facade, and I would say that is a bit of a worry.

I would go Lidge, Rivera, F-Rod. This is probably the last year I would rank F-Rod behind Rivera and its because I want to see him be the full-fledged closer all year w/o Percival there and Rivera would probably have more trade value among the average FB player.

Lidge used to be a starter and he pitched over 90 innings this year...workload will never be a problem.
