Offseason coaching changes- SB effect

Anybody know recent or offseason coaching changes, and what the coaches' approach to steals are? Seems like coaches' philosophy on running affects steals as much as players' ability.

My guess is that with Willie Randolph now in charge of the Mets, they start to run a bunch. Of course, it helps that you have players like Reyes, Matsui, Beltran, David Wright, and Cameron. B-)

I think Randolph :-) will run a lot more than Art Howe :-P would have.
