There are dollar values for each player, rankings by position, and a short writeup about what you can expect from each player.
There are also printable charts of dollar values by Mixed, AL, and NL.
And they say it will be updated every day taking into account developments between now and opening day.
I know there are other guides that many of us would rather rely on, but check it out - this is a snazzy product available to anyone with internet access.
wow, its actually not that horrible at first glance, a lot of teh free stuff out there right now, has some pretty glaring issues to them, (of course i am in class and only was able to glance at it real quick, but it looks pretty usefu.
my goodness - im impressed. The dollar value are very close to what I have been using and their rankings are really not that far out (after only 5 minutes of looking though)
Great graphics - fast - stats readily available but not sortable - this is pretty interesting.

Nice job MLB.com
Actually, they do seem to be sortable. And while the categories appear limited at first glance, go to the "next stats>>" link in the upper-right corner and it'll take you to more. On the third pitchers' page I got to the stuff like K/9 and K/BB.

Nice site at first blush
To do the sorting AK is talking about, you actually have to go out of the fantasy area, click on "Stats", then on "Sortable Player Stats". You'll get to http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/stats/mlb_sortable_player_stats.jsp . The first thing you will see is 2004 World Series stats, but it's easy to select what you want by clicking buttons on the left side of the page. Then you can sort away!
