I can't take my frustrations out on the Indian woman on the line. Its not her fault. I really want to talk to a higher-up in Round Rock and tell them how absolutely awful their customer service is and how much of a hassle it has been for me to get an exchange on one simple item.

one time my warranty expired on my dvd burner but i called them up anyway to see if they could help fix my problem and they were like no sorry i cant do anything, but you can use tech suport through email
so then my dad takes the phone speaks a little hindi with the guy and then theyre express shipping a newer version dvd burner for free
same thing help us get out of a $175 early contract termination fee for our cellphones
Dell used to pride themselves on support...and I agree with the consensus here, they currently suck. Unless they drastically change something, that is one company I would not want to own stock in.
