ok, so if nomar stays "motivated" to play (which he didn't seem last year) and has a big year, there are 2 (3 with Young) top tier SS. At 1B there is helton, delgado, ortiz, thome, teixeira, plus a bunch of dark horses like lee, giambi, sexson, huff, and konerko. 1B is super deep. SS isn't at all. therefore tejada is a better pick than helton. you can get power numbers from your SS in round 1 and power numbers from your 1B in round 5.
