OPENING UP A NEW WINDOW IN XP

Can't you just maximize a window and then close it? That usually sets the default opening size for me.

Sounds like...

Resize the window to your desired size and then exit the window. The next time you open it, it should remember the size.

I guess I need to learn how to convey a message a little better.

If you mean maximize it and then exit, I did that.

Not maximizing, just make bigger I mean. Put your mouse cursor on at the lower right corner of the window and drag to make it bigger or smaller.

I think it's funny that you didn't understand what I was trying to say but you understood Rirruto. I said the same thing he did, but I obviously was not clear in my post. I'm sure I need to learn how to convey a message a little better.

Ok so just right click on the browser shortcut and select maximized under the Run box. That should do it.

Honestly, buy a mac. it will solve everything.

I'm broke and I like my software to be compatible.

Also, there are programs that will allow you to use your windows programs on the Mac. If your talking about word and MSn and WMP then your in luck. They all work onthe Mac. Also, I've had my mac for 6 years and I haven't had one virus. NOT ONE. To top this off, I've never had mine crash.
