the only one i see (at this point before st ) is chacon from col. they have been trying to trade him for a while and this is the latest news on him
from rotoworld
Dec 23 Publically at least, the Rockies are now leaning toward keeping Shawn Chacon and using him as a starting pitcher.
The Rockies felt that teams weren't making significant offers for Chacon because they believed he'd be non-tendered. This may make it easier for them to get what they want. Or they might just keep him if they can get him to avoid arbitration with a modest one-year deal.
from roto times
Dec. 17 Rockies GM Dan O'Dowd said the team would not trade Shawn Chacon this offseason unless "completely blown away with a deal," according to the Denver Post. They didn't find any good offers thus far and plan to stick him back into the starting rotation.
so it looks like hes gonna most likely be starting this year. if i had to make a guess it would be Chin-Hui Tsao as the main guy. but at this point nothing is solid.

Baltimore - Ryan? Boston - Foulke New York - Rivera Tampa - Baez? Toronto - Batista?
Cleveland - Wickman? Chicago - Takatsu? Detroit - Percival Kansas City - Affeldt? Minnesota - Nathan
Anaheim/LA - K Rod Oakland - Dotel Seattle - Guardado? Texas - Cordero
Atlanta - Kolb Florida - Mota New York - Looper Phillie - Wagner Washington - Cordero?
Chicago - Hawkins? Cincinnatti - Graves Houston - Lidge Milwaukee - Adams? Pittsburgh - Mesa St. Louis - Isringhausen
Arizona - Aquino? Valverde? Colorado - Chacon LA - Gagne SF - Benitez SD - Hoffman
I think you got it right for now... Wickman, Graves, Adams, Mesa and Aquino/Valverde are questionable. I can see Riske or anyone else getting a shot in CLE b/c we all know Wickman ain't staying healthy. Ryan Wagner is a possiblity for CIN. I envision Capellan as MIL closer by season's end. Mesa will blow it and when he does, Torres/Gonzalez are better pitchers. Bruney will be in the mix in AZ.
