Looks to me like he gets on base just fine. He only had 52 ABs in ML as a 22 year old rookie... So unless you have something else to back it up, looks like he doesn't have to 'steal' first to get some steals.

Tony Womack, hes old but he stole a good amount last year for the cards and theres no reason he wont be doing it in NY

Well I was just pointing out the ones I haven't seen posted everywhere.

Kenny Lofton is my big sleeper though

.290 - .300
90 -100 runs
10-16 hrs
56-64 rbis
36-42 sbs

Bookmark this and shove it in my face if I'm wrong but I doubt I will be. Lofton is back with his boy Thome so lookout. Should be batting second in a stacked Philly lineup.

The last time Lofton swiped over 30 bags was '98. I really don't see that happening. ;-)

Not necessarily for lack of ability though. He might not have stolen over thirty, but he's posted thirty and twenty-nine in two of the past three seasons.

True but he's getting old and the post predicted 36-42 SBs. If he gets 36 SBs I'll run around the Cafe naked... :-o
