Looking to start salary cap keeper league

Looking for 12-14 dedicated(no matter how bad your team could get) owners. 23 man rosters with a $260 draft cap and a $300 season cap. Keepers will have contracts and a keeper $ cap.
Modest fee of $10 to $25 dollars for stat service, looking at fanstar.com. Would like to start auction as soon as possible so email if interested. Working on a constitution for contracts.
