i would say giles definately, though im a braves fan so i might be a bit biased. He definatley puts up good numbers, its more a question of if he can stay healthy.
I believe Giles is the safer choice, and possibly the smarter choice all other things equal. However, I'd rather draft Reyes much later in the draft as his upside (if healthy) could have him performing similarly to Crawford last year at a weaker position. Fifty steals, 100 runs, and 10 hrs are not out of the question, IMO. Therefore, I'd try to draft Reyes a bunch of rounds later as I think he is a great value pick.

He can't stay healthy, he isn't worth the risk.
He's 21, he hasn't been healthy yet, but I'd say he's got age and time on his side. I saw him play back in AA and there is no question he has the talent. His hammy has been a problem, yes, but I wouldn't go as far to say that he can't stay healthy... and I'd rather take that risk in the 10th round while someone else takes Giles in the 4th.
reyes put up good numbers in winter ball and stayed healthy doin it. does the extra work put him in more danger of an injury? i don't know. but i think the draft him lower scenario isn't a bad one. giles isn't exactly a rock either. and reyes' upside may be enough to give him a shot.
