ERA (even though IP isn't drastic) is a bit higher for a claser at 3.28
I can't see moving him above: Kolb (39 saves for a bad team), Shingo (19/20 saves once he got the job), or Hoffman. So that leaves guys like Percival (maybe), Dotel, and Izzy as the only possibilities.
Good pitcher on a decent team. He should get 30 with something around a 3.00 ERA. You'd be a fool to take Shingo over him, Shingo is plain suck. He gets away with smoke and mirrors and a 60 MPH fastball. Real Major League Hitters will catch up with him and SMOKE him. Percival will compete with Urbina.
