never is an ugly word. i think Francis could prove you wrong... the w's and k's will come.. he could be a decent #4 or #5 starter on a fantasy squad, with era/whip the only thing holding him back from being a #3

Maybe, but I would think a 4.5 ERA best case scenario is not something too many fantasy players will be jumping for in all but NL-only leagues. The damage potential of a Rox pitcher is just so enormous. It literally is like playing with fire/a flame-thrower...sooner or later you will get burned. Every year someone in most leagues has to challenge the baseball gods and puts a Chacon or Jennings or Hampton (when with the Rox) in their rotation...and the result is usually bad in the end. Even the Rox closer can't be trusted to be non-flamable (though there have been some exceptions wrt the closer).
