I assume you are keeping rookies separately in your league because otherwise none of these guys is worthy for this year in all but the deepest of keeper leagues.

since you can keep them reserved on a ML roster, id go with:
Capellan
Francis - stupid coors field ruins everything
Blanton - solid
Haren
Meyer

Anyone going to play for the ROx as a pitcher i snot worth wlooking at. I would guess it is between Blanton and Haren, but that is all it is is a guess. Magic 8-balls will likely be just as good as anyrhing else when trying to guess which pitching rospect will pan out. For every Prior there is a Floppert and a Carlos E. Hernandez...

Capellan is defenitly the K pitcher... Blanton is not.. blanton is more of a k/bb guy who can be durable and carry you alot of ip's ... for this year, Blanton has an excellent shot at making that rotation and most have him pencilled in for the 4th spot for now... Capellan is more of a mystery. the Brewers have not said much about what they'll do, and since they just got him they might want to take a look at him in ST or AAA before deciding.... i think for 05 i'd take Blanton. and long term Capellan ....
about Francis, he's not just anybody... even in coor's this guy is worth a look. if he pitched anywhere else, you'd be creaming your shorts over him

NO SP pitching in Coors for the Roxs is worth squat in fantasy. Never has been and likely never will be. Unless he is dealt to some other team, I do not see why anyone would bother.
