what would your batting order be?

Postby brdmaverick » Fri Apr 25, 2003 11:47 pm

I know that in fantasy baseball there is no need for a batting order, but I figured it would be fun to ponder how I would arrange my line up, and here it goes............

1. Johnny Damon (CF, L)
2. Roberto Alomar (2B, R)
3. Alex Rodriguez (SS, R)
4. Carlos Delgado (1B, L)
5. Sammy Sosa (RF, R)
6. Adam Dunn (DH, L)
7. Torii Hunter (LF, R)
8. Hank Blalock (3B, L)
9. Ramon Hernandez (C, R)

pinch hitter: Jose Cruz

so as it turns out, my line up actually a nice split of left and right handed batters

my rotation
1. Matt Morris
2. Javier Vazquez
3. Kevin Brown
4. Matt Clement
5. Josh Beckett

Alfonso Soriano
Juan Encarnacion
Vladimir Guerrero
Manny Ramirez
Jeff Bagwell
Austin Kearns
Ivan Rodriguez
Jose Hernandez
Robin Ventura

I'm thinking that lineup would let Soriano have about 160 runs, hahaha ;-D Only lefty in the lineup is Ventura, hehehe.
