does anyone have any good info on Kinsler, what type of player is he projected to be, since he is in texas and young is ahead of him will he be able to get playing time when he gets called up or will he be traded, when will he get called up, etc.

im really liking the two DBack outfielders, Jackson and Quentin, and was going to take one of them for my next pick in my minor league draft but ive seen Kinsler like on the top of some peoples rankings but some they have him at like the bottom so im kinda wondering about the kid

ok, i agree with everyone except on one major fact. I think Olsen should be #1. You can never underestimate the value of pitching and olsen is going to be a dominant pitcher. Hes one of the best lh pitching prospects and he K's a lot of batters. So he takes my vote for 1st.

I don't know a lot about these guys, but I'd say I'd rather have Danks or Meyer in a dynasty league than Olsen. A guy who doesn't even have control in the Florida State League isn't going to impress me that much compared to somebody who absolutely dominated the Southern League - Dan Meyer. And Danks was better than Olsen in A ball, he's a year younger, and he was a first round pick. Why all the hype for Olsen then?

olsen, meyer, danks - i like all 3 about the same for now. alot say Olsen wll be an ace, but im starting to lean towards Meyer a little bit just because he's closest to a big league rotation spot, and handled all minor league levels pretty well.. it'll be interesting to see what Danks does this year.. alot can change in one year

kinsler - i think people are ranking him low because he was drafted so late by the rangers (17th round).. they probly don't believe the breakout year and want to see another good year before they take him seriously as a top 20 prospect.. by then it'll be too late, he emerged and figured out how to hit this year .. i think the rangers know it and i wouldnt be surprised if Soriano is moved or traded if Kinsler does good in AA. i cant find the article, but he worked his ass off last off-season.. played around with his swing and learned how to work the count ..... some guys are late bloomers

Kinsler -- #1 because I believe his breakout is legitimate. If he had his 51 doubles and had a high K rate, I wouldn't be putting him #1. He had as solid of all around #'s as anyone in the minors last year. Compares very favorably to Michael Young (I believe Soriano will be dealt eventually).

2 AZ OF's -- They both should be pretty solid 20-25 HR OF's annually -- but those type OF's are plentiful. I'd rather have a 15-25 HR 2b/ss (which is why I put Kinsler #1).

Olsen -- put as #1 pitcher because he'll be in the NL. Meyer will be in the Oakland, but I went with Olsen's upside over him. I will always rank a Rangers SP near the bottom until one proves he can be consistent through the summer heat there. Danks really struggled in the 2nd part of last year.
