This is a new league starting. Looking for only 5 more owners out of a 12 team league.

Okay, here's the breakdown of the rules.

It will be roto style.

Would like to start a new standard 5 x 5 Roto league.

12 teams

$50 entry fee

League hosted on cbssportsline

100% payout after website fee.

AL and NL
$280 Auction for these 23 players.
$320 in season cap (to prevent major dumping)

5 active roster keepers. 3 year contracts on keepers. Dollar
values remain the same for keepers.

Up to 5 minor league keepers. Minor league keepers increase by $4 for each year kept.

Free pickups during the year.

snake draft following auction for 6 reserves, then 5
minor leaguers

Minor leaguers are defined by MLB's rules for service
time. If a minor league player is activated on your
roster, he can only be sent back down to the minors in
the fantasy league, if he hasn't passed the service
time rules. If a minor league player is activated,
another player must be dropped (active or reserve).

Auction and snake draft would be held March 26th

Commissioner would veto any unfair trades. League
members would have a right to express their opinion to
the commissioner, and all others in the league.
