PEBL (Performance Enhancement Baseball League) - Looking for knowledgable owners for this is a second-year NL, On-line league, based on long-established, similar, AL league. Eight returning owners/ need four new owners. $100 fee (no other fees during year). First three finishers get money (70%/20%/10%). Auction date not picked but will be soon. Keeper league with active trading but also with rules that curb league-crushing dump trades. Knowledgeable Owners from all over the country. We'll be screening for owners who know what they're doing so that we are strong 1 through 12.
