Rhode Island ROTO $ league needs owners

We are in our 2nd year, have between 5-9 owners returning and want to increase to atleast 12, we planned on a keeper system of 6 players but will be knocked down to 1, and 1 minor lgr per returning team, to make it fair to new teams, other than that all players are open to auction. Fee is $100, 100% payout minus CBS sportsline fee, teams are c123ssmici5of's,2util 10Ps, with a bench of 5, auction $ is $300, also minor lgr darft, 5x5 format, but may go to 6x6 with addition of OPS and k/9, we live auction in the Providence RI area, March 27 is the target date.
