CHICAGO - KEEPER LEAGUE - 5X5 AUCTION

I am looking for a Keeper League to join or to create in Chicago. 5X5 rotisserie style for serious owners. would like to have minor leaguers involved (but not necessary); and also would like to have it involve a decent amount of money to get it (to weed out those who are casual about the league.. and to keep owners motivated).

My $$ max is $100 entry. Like the minor leaguer idea as well (but isn't necessary).
