Looking to join roto keeper league

I am in the Cleveland, OH area and am looking to join a roto keeper league, either in person or online auction. AL, NL, mixed, doesn't matter. Willing to pay $100 or less for a league fee. Will take over a team if need be. Willing to travel reasonable distance for auction (Detroit, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Erie areas) if given decent notice of auction date.
