Don't drop Wade Miller

Postby NY1b23 » Thu Apr 24, 2003 10:20 pm

I've got him on both my teams. He is really ticking me off. He didn't have great stuff tonight but could have had a decent outing, except he totally lost his cool when Astacio reached on an infield hit. He walked the bases loaded after that and came out. This was similar to his game against the Giants where he got a couple bad ball-strike calls on Bonds then totally blew the game.

But the moral of the story is - DON'T DROP HIM. He frustrated me like this last year early on and I dropped him. Then I suffered as he was a dominant pitcher once he got it together. Let's hope he stops being a little baby on the mound and lets his talent take over.

I was about to drop him right now too lol. You have convinced me to hold on to him for a little while longer, but I don't know how much more I can take... :-t

Houston hasn't been producing the runs either...
Oswalt has had some decent starts but lacks the W's. Definietly give Miller a litte more time.

I skipped over this post.

Then I saw Miller actually was dropped in one leagues today.

As long as he isn't hurt, I'll make room for him.
