iffy. against the pads, he would have got shelled if a more competent offense was in there. it could be a 6 ER game, or then agian, he could give up like 3 runs, 2 earned, strike out 8, walk 3, in 6.2 innings.

Schilling's,

5.36 ERA 1.37 WHIP

Maddux's,

6.23 ERA 1.62 WHIP


You guys are telling me Prior is better than these 3? Oh and if you think Chacon is gonna conquer Coors field please review the numbers above.

And to answer your question...at this point... I would say Prior might just very well be the better pitcher compared to Schilling and Maddux
