Quick Question for you long time Tribesmen ..

What effect if any, do you think Manuel will have on the stolen base production of guys in Philly like Abreu and Rollins? I went and checked on his short tenure there, but no red flags stood out to me. Is there something we should know or might have missed?

I don't remember any discernable difference between Manuel's aggresiveness (or lack of) than Hargrove's. The same base stealers ran about the same as before he got the job, but I don't believe they ran any more either. Then again, compared to Bowa he may be less aggressive. He, like Hargrove, tended to play for the long ball, but that could just have been due to the composition of the team.
