Interesting question...

You could say all-time BA leader Ty Cobb, since he pitched in 3 games, is an answer.

If you wanted a starter, you could say that Lefty O'Doul, who pitched 34 games with 1 start, is an answer.

If you wanted someone with more than one start, then Babe Ruth could be your answer.

I don't know if these are what you're looking for, but I think they're good answers. (Well, at least Ruth. Cobb is a stretch.)
