I said the fastball. Here's the thing: If you only had one pitch, every single major league batter would know you only used that pitch. That eliminates changeup, curveball, slider, because you could time the movement fairly easily. Knuckleball isn't controllable, so it basically isn't an option. Screwball is an interesting choice because it is thrown harder. However, I'd rather take the fastball and minimize the batter's time of reacting. Plus, it'd be nice to have the old chin music once in a while ;-D .

I picked fastball. If you have pinpoint location, you can live with that all day. Just move it around. :-?

I think it's called the eephus. And I think believe Adam LaRoche's dad "invented" it.

Without a doubt I would go with a fastball. Enough variations on the fastball to make a hitter cry to mommy. A great 2-seam, 4-seam, splitter, or sinker has made plenty of HoF pitchers.

Changeup easy. You can throw 3 distinctive ones and at varying speeds. You'd be Jamie Moyer except a lot better.

Fastball is close second assuming I can throw 2, 4, cut, and sink only because the odds of lasting 9 endurance-wise are better with the change.

Knuckler since most of the guys who throw it are pretty much one pitch pitchers anyway.
