do you mean they jumped out at you as bad picks?

why?

I can see Pods being ranked too high there.
Same with Casey - too high.
Boone has dropped significantly since his roid-induced heyday.
Guillen is fair value there - possibly underranked - but not by much. He definitely should go ahead of OCab.
I agree that Brian Roberts is way way too high there - especially considering Ordonez and Patterson were drafted after him.

I see that 6th rd as having tons of value in it.

Very interesting draft...thanx for the post ;-D

A couple of the picks that surprised me
54)Posada
61)Foulke
69)Carlos Guillen
82)Bay
94)Figgins
97)Mulder

The reason I am interested in these particular players is I have them all on my roster from last year and the only 1 I am protecting is Mulder. I am doing the wrong thing? My list is Soriano, Tex, M. Cabrerra, Huff/C.Lee (not sure yet), Peavy, Lidge and Mulder.

Other surprises to me were:
95)Sosa (man has he dropped...but that far?)
46)Dunn ( to high I think)
78)Ordonez( thought he would be higher...how's his health?)

yeah, I mean as bad picks. It seems you agree except for Guillen. I'm not on the Guillen bandwagon. I'm not buying last year as an indicator of future performance. I believe he will fall back to the middle of the pack, nothing special. Who knows, maybe I'll be wrong, but I'm not spending that type of pick to find out. If you buy him then you should be very confident in a repeat performance.
