Any Cliff Floyd news anyone? I remember his crazy talk at the end of the season about retiring in a year and then the Mets scrambling like mad to trade him.

I have to make a decision on him soon in an NL-only keeper. I have him at a great price but if I keep him and he goes to the AL I am royally rogered.

Any news? Mets fans, anyone?

All I've found:
The Mets reportedly failed to interest the Diamondbacks in an exchange of Shea Hillenbrand and Alex Cintron for Cliff Floyd and cash.
GM Omar Minaya may eventually find a team to take Floyd off his hands, but it's going to cost him more than the $3 million he was willing to throw into this deal.
