The last thing I read said that the Indians had agreed to terms on a three year contract worth $11 million with SP Esteban Loaiza.

But the deal fell through when the Indians asked for more money.

Take a look at Loiza's career and you dont ask what happened to him in 2004. You'd be smarter to ask what happened to him in 2003. He has been consistenly mediocre his whole career except for 2003. In 2004 he just went back to normal. I wont touch him.
