how do you rank outfielders?

When you have a tier of players where the value is nearly identical let the other drafters decide for you. Assuming that you've already taken into account team offense, stadium, potential, injury history, personal preference, etc. than what you're left with is a tier of players where it doesn't matter who you get. So let them start to go off the board and then take one of the leftovers. That way you get the most value for your pick. Hope that made sense, lol.

that is my way as well....and if that does not work out i will take the ones that had the better 2nd half in the previous year, hoping that they continue the next year.........

For the mid level OFers I put more emphasis on different cats - specifically BA and to a lesser degree Rs and SBs. I figure HRs and RBIs are pretty cheap I should have a solid base on them anyway. BA is near and dear to me - the last thing I want is a .250 hitter bringing my avg down.
