I would give my left pointer finger to join a draft as crazy as this.

OK -- I think we have eight owners. I'm shooting for a Thursday night start. I'm still waiting for Dingo and RJRowe to forward me their email addresses.

The lineups and the mock draft concept are described above. I plan to enforce the 12-hour pick deadline, and to make picks for the teams that miss it, so please try to spare me that much thinking. ;-)

Again, we'll be doing it by email (just reply all) and I'll try to provide rundowns of the players taken between rounds.

Here's the preliminary draft order, courtesy of Random.org. Note that the placement of your first team in the first half of the draft had no bearing on the placement of your team in the second half of the draft -- these were two separate draws.

1. SeanCasey A
2. KC Brett A
3. RJ Rowe A
4. cogs1 A
5. West Texas Wolf A
6. Tino Is Grand A
7. Scott Boras A
8. Dingo A
9. RJ Rowe B
10. SeanCasey B
11. Dingo B
12. West Texas Wolf B
13. KC Brett B
14. Tino Is Grand B
15. cogs1 B
16. Scott Boras B

Any questions, please fire away...

The catch is that each owner would be drafting two teams, one in the first half of the draft order and one in the second half. That way we could simulate a deep league while keeping everyone involved and doubling participants' exposure to various team-construction options. Yes, it's two mock drafts for the price of one!

Positions would be C C 1B 2B 3B SS MI OF OF OF OF DH SP SP SP SP SP RP RP RP

Please email me if interested.

Quality filters:

Please prioritize the following starting pitchers by their 2005 value: Barry Zito, Eric Milton, Jake Peavy, Derek Lowe

Now these closers: Troy Percival, Eddie Guardado, BJ Ryan, Francisco Rodriguez.
Quick Question, Did you mean to have a Corner in there? MAybe just take out the DH. It really doesnt matter to me. Just a thought.

That's correct. We'll be drafting them as completely separate entities.
