The Who easily over Tom Sweaty, the Dylan wannabe.

The Who ;-D

Mama's got a squeeze box She wears on her chest
And when Daddy comes home
He never gets no rest
'Cause she's playing all night
And the music's all right
Mama's got a squeeze box
Daddy never sleeps at night

I went with Tom Petty....though I must admit that I don't know much about The Who.

Petty gets my vote.

TP&HBs was the first concert I ever went to -- in the 80s back in the old Boston GAHHHH-din. We may have been the only fans in the audience who didn't bring any pot in with us. But no exaggeration: we all got verrrry high just by breathing the air inside the arena.

I'm pretty sure it was a good show ;-D

The Who never really did it for me, but that doesn't make them any less great of a band than they are. Just not my personal cup of tea. I did like the old rockumentary "The Kids are Allright".

Who for me. I don't know what it is, I just never really got into Petty for some reason. There are a couple songs I like that they play on the radio, but outside of that, I'm just not a big Petty fan. :-?
