I'm not drafting him at all in any of my leagues, but I'd say he'd probably belong late round 2, early round 3.

On a numbers basis, he is behind Rolen. I do not trust him and I am really risk adverse the first 8 rounds. Beltre is someone that is not going to end up on one of my teams next season because I simply will not pay the going price, which is round 2 or early round 3 for him. I will let someone else take the gamble and pick another great player instead. Same for Soriano. He will be someone elses risk.
