The Diamondbacks and Yankees have agreed on a deal that would send Randy Johnson to the New York for Javier Vazquez, prospects and cash, major league sources told ESPN.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

From what i've heard Vazquez may be moved back to the East coast:
he Diamondbacks reportedly are already discussing a Javier Vazquez trade with the Orioles. Vazquez wants to stay on the East Coast and the Diamondbacks likely will attempt to accomodate them. Erik Bedard would seem to be a lock to be included in any Vazquez deal between Baltimore and Arizona. The Diamondbacks may also want Jorge Julio or John Maine and an outfielder from the group of Larry Bigbie, Luis Matos and Jay Gibbons

One of the things that that irks me about this trade is that I really believe Vazquez will right himself and down the road, be someone the Yanks wish they still had. Another thing is trading Navarro. Posada is getting older and they have no one now to plug in for him. Duncan may not be usefull at 3B with Alex here but he's a quality prospect from my understanding I wouldn't like to see him go. In the short term its great, but I'm growing a bit worried about this team for the long term. Rivera can't continue forever and drafting needs to be a bigger focus like it used to be when they found Jeter, Bernie, Rivera, Posada etc if they want to continue their success.

Rotoworld:
According to ESPNews, the Diamondbacks will be receiving Javier Vazquez, Dioner Navarro, Brad Halsey and $8 million-$9 million from the Yankees in exchange for Randy Johnson.
No surprises so far.
Adios Javy (actually more like good riddance), don't let the slamming door hit your butt on the way out.
Vazquez and his gopher balls in Camden Yards and stil linthe AL East...batting practice.
