i've got Tony Armas projected to get 7 wins, 130 K's have a 4.06 ERA and a 1.42 WHIP
make him you're 5 starter at best, health is always an issue.
i'd take him when i've already solidified my starting pitchers and woulnd't anticipate a great deal of production out of him.
