Well, to be fair to the writer, the portion quoted by trevisc only says that "no big names played for Boston, when Canseco was here in '95 and '96." I didn't click on the link, but they never claimed no Red Sox used steroids. Really it's a back-handed dig at Canseco, saying that he wasn't a big name player in '95 and '96.

Ugh, I can't believe I'm sticking up for a Boston sportswriter. I'm going to go wash my hands.

This book has been pushed back several times. It's not coming out because he can't even finish it with a ghost writer. This guy is just a flat out idiot, not because he is breaking the "code" but because he is doing it to maintain enough loot for service of his criminal lifestyle. The guy is jealous of other players. He blames everyone else for the ending of his career but the one person that is responsible: Jose Canseco.

Jose Canseco is like that guy from High-School who even though he graduated 3 years ago he still feels the need to roll through the parking lot a lunch every day in his 1987 T-Top IROC.

I admit I will read the book, heck I intended to over a year and a half ago when it was suppossed to come out then........................

Could care less about his book. Bonds did steroids. Giambi did steroids. Now everyone as fans must question the achievements of many. I don't care who Canseco says. At this point, does it really matter??? No way Jose.

The cat is already out of the bag. So we're supposed to believe a guy that had to cheat to play the game of baseball???

This book will do as well as Artest's CD.
