I am not, nor have I ever been, a Dead Head, sharing a tub of Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia is the closest that I've ever gotten. I guess they are cool, I just never got them. I'm sure that WKelly or Fireball Express will tell us how great they are (or how much they suck - those guys never sit on the fence)

Queen is an amazing rock n roll band who I will always respect...I just don't think they can match up with the dead...

I mean come on the Dead played from 1967 or so to 1994...
I saw them one time when I was in grade school...it was awesome..

Ive grown calloused to "loaning" out my old Dead tapes, since they very rarely get returned. Im sure you can get any old bootlegs you want up in Boulder anyway. I hope you understand though - nothing personal.

I voted for Queen. Admit if you are like me and in your early twenties, you grew up listening to their songs not even realizing they were gay until you learned that they were, on VH1, at age 14 then pondered for the splittest of seconds if you were gay as well because you liked their music.
