Who has the best potential to be the 2005 version of Johan Santana.
I drafted him low and just waited last year.

well Santana is a very unique SP that doesn't come along everyday. I'd say your best bet at a sleeper stud in the making is Harden.

I like Ollie Perez too but he's hardly under the radar anymore.

harden and burnett are my 2 choices too become a stud this year, even though they will not be drafted very low.....one guy that i do like alot though is adam eaton(that will be drafted very low).....

I dont think anyone will put up a season simliar to santanas last year, but guys who could put up good numbers could include

Gavin Floyd
Zach Greinke
Peavy (not really under the radar)

Jeremy Bonderman
Scott Kazmir
Rich Harden
Oliver Perez
Bronson Arroyo

none of these might get as big as Santana but they could all breakout to become pretty good although Ollie p kinda already is but even more so

I liked Noah Lowry alot last year and I know there are others on this board that like him too. What about Joel Pinerio? Pitched real well when healthy, I think he can break out this year especially if he gets alot of run support.

He's been around a while but K Escobar seemed to pitch well in his first year as full time starter. era below 4 around 190 k's, no run support so his win total was low. His second year with the Angels has the potential to be big

I'll second Escobar and Pineiro.

It should be said that so far every pitcher on this list hasnt already seen close to as much success or become as name recognizeable as J. Santana was before last year.

2004 was really just and extension of the 2003 2nd half for J. Santana's production.

2006 - Rafael Soriano.
