KC is just as good for pichers as LA is. The park should not affect his ERA negatively. And seeing as though his HR allowed was a big problem, it will probably help him to be out of Chavez Ravine and into Kauffman. It's the worst HR park other than Petco. His offense, however, is pitiful and he will get a LOT fo ND's, and that's assuming he's good enough to pitch all year in the rotation (I don't see how he couldn't though - I think Mike Sweeney has a shot at the rotation
