agree w/u crapshooter..rookies rarely have an impact on pennant winning roto teams ,however, in a league like ours which is 13 team NL only 3 yr cycle 23 man active 17 man farm system, minor league prospects have value..they may contribute one or two years down the line or can be effectively packaged in trades by teams in the 1st place chase
