I'm hoping for slightly better than that. His ERA should come down a bit more in his second full season - from 3.97 - and he may get a few more starts as the #2 guy this year.
I think your projections are good, just maybe a couple more wins and an ERA in the 3.70 range.
I believe a make or break year for Harden. A great deal more pressure on him as the No. 2 starter, but he definitely has the ability to step up and succeed. Having said that, I can't see him winning many more games this year than last (11) with the A's struggling to play .500 ball.
I can see an ERA of around 4.00 with a slightly better WHIP than last season.

I think Harden will have an ERA in the 4's this year with maybe 12 wins? It will be a tough year for that Oakland staff, and alot of pressure on Harden.
IMO Harden will push himself hard to be an ace when he is not ready. I think he will throw a couple gems, but don't think he can meet expectations yet as a stud starter in the AL.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike
