I want to know how you can make an Image in your signiture like bigblue, Rico, ect......Can anyone help he out here?

Ask someone in the fantasy logos forum to make you what you want. Just request exactly what you'd like and someone capable will help you out. I have nothing but the highest of praise for the people over there.

If you do it yourself, you would need an image editing program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

I made mine myself with just basic MS paint...kind of sucks but is okay.
