lol... Am I the last to notice?

Nope, not the last .. I didn't see it till you pointed it out. kinda makes you wonder if the site owners aren't just sore losers. Its not like they didn't get a ton of posts from the Politics forum and posts equals revenue .... right? I think the politics forum got up to number five or six as far as overall posts, and it wasn't even open very long.
I hadn't noticed it, either.
Those comments aren't really fair because it was known well in advance (twice) that the forum would be closing on a specific date and no one spoke up about it until after it was closed. Since it was known that it would close before the results of the election were known, I would say that it had nothing to do with it.* Also, there were a ton of posts there because of the proximity to the election.
*Even though you may have been kidding, I wanted to clarify this point.

Me, too. I just wanted to make sure for those who have just wandered onto the Cafe.

Not true Lo - you know a lot of people voiced their desire for the forum to remain open before it was closed. Also, the Forum was officially closed a few days after the election (after it was closed briefly the night of).
Irregardless ( ), I like the new tagline - pretty funny - although I do miss the discussions.

My point was that it was said well in advance that it would be closed once the election took place. I never heard a peep from anyone. Then, it was closed as planned and a lot of people said something. I didn't hear anything from anyone until it was first closed. Maybe I missed it but I don't think so.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
