Help editing a sig please

Someone made this as a sig for another forum and I don't have the artistic talent to get under the limits at the Cafe (and make it look good). If someone here could put "BRM" (to credit the original designer) in one of the lower corners and a simple border/outline around the outside for me I'd really appreciate it.
