I dont' mind Sheets being taken in the second round
His K/BB was so good last year that to fall back to anywhere near where he was before would be impossible i think. But since nobody else feels that way, I'd probably wait until the third round at least before I even thought of taking him. Especially with Prior still out there, I wouldn't consider Sheets. Prior is #1 IMO.
I don't mind the Chavez pick either; some would argue that Beltre is the better pick, and he could be, but Chavez is gonna go off big time this year I think. I have him ahead of Rolen.
And I'm not sure about the Dunn pick. Can he keep his BA up that "high"? The the Reds be any good, or will it be only HR's that he provides w/o R and RBI? Is he done stealing bases? I wouldn't take him that early... he's Sexson without the BA, and Sexson was still on the board (I suppose if he goes to Seattle that would hurt his value though).
"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."
