Choose "yes" if your fantasy baseball knowledge is limited. This option will add a small "L" beside your username, indicating that you are still learning the ropes. Best so far - I'd say the Brewers. Much too much time/players left for this to change.
I also base this on the context of the team. The Yanks and Sox should always have a good off-season as they can overspend for whomever they'd like. When all is said and done, those two teams will likely have added the most impact players - but they do so, in part, as few other teams can afford to sign that many players at those prices.
