Delgado and Valentin

Postby GameOn » Tue Dec 14, 2004 6:03 pm

I read today on Rotoworld that Delgado's agent said that the Rangers are out of the running for Delgado because he wants too much. Thats good news.

I also read that Valentin said he is most likely to sign with the Rangers. Reports are that the Rangers offered 7 million over two years. I would rather see them pursue someone other than valentin, but oh well.

Glad we're not going to pay the ridiculous price for Delgado ;-D , and I have to agree that $7 for two years is too much for Valentin :-t .

Say it with me........STARTING PITCHING PLEASE!!!

:-D

I don't really mind the Valentin signing too bad (if it happens). It wouldn't be the greatest signing, but it's not that bad.

I agree that they need SP obviously, but the tough question is who? Lowe? Clement? Odalis?

My plea would be for anyone that is willing to pitch there pretty much, that stadium scares a lot of quality pitchers away.
