I believe ginter with the right playing time can be real useful as well. How about Jorge Cantu? He is killing now.

Transition from Aluminum Bats to wood makes a big drop! That sucks for guys like this.

"In his senior year of college, Rickie Weeks batted .500 with 16 HRs and 27 SBs in only 158 ABs. That's why everyone is drooling.

But last year, in AA at Huntsville, he hit .259 with 8 HRs in 479 ABs. Also, he had 11 SBs, which is decent, but he got caught stealing 12 times. He's still got some learning to do. One telling stat: in college, in addition to those 158 ABs, he walked 46 times and K'ed 17. That's almost Bonds-like. Last year, in AA, however, he K'ed 107 times and only walked 55.

Another: in his senior year, his OPS was an insane 1.606. Last year in AA it was .773. You can see why Milwaukee drafted him. You can also see why he ain't ready yet."

Does he have the full-time gig? What about Rivas?

With Guzman and Koskie gone, most seem to think Cuddyer will be an everyday player somewhere, and he still has 2B/3B eligibility. Whether or not he actually plays 2B is up in the air.

I mentioned this earlier, but I want to clue people in to Omar Infante - he will be a top 10 2B this yr - dont sleep too hard on him. I can see numbers very similar to Brett Boone with more steals and a better BA.
