14 team head to head league, with all my buddies. I'm stuck in the middle and the friend that nooone wants to win is winning this thing and it's pissing us all off. I need some help to get my team moving forward and to the top of the pack. Please give me some suggestions. Start with me starting pitching.

I would suggest doing something to get a more consistant closer - Armando is a head case right now...and believe me, it pains me more than anyone 'cause I'm a huge Mets fan! I think you should try to pool a combo trade and get Macdougal from K.C. or maybe Tim Worrell from SF as a quiet trade.. I'd also see if you could package a deal that would net you either Mike P. or Pudge as your catcher and do something with Alfonzo @ 3B... I hope this helps and at least spurs some thinking... Peace.
