ok, i guess i trust you. i still dont get this signing. Another righty? Why not go after perez? he's better than milton. The yanks must think they are gonna pull off the RJ trade or pay someone to take brown. This makes no sense otherwise

Has anything they've done lately make sense? I still think they're laying low to make a run at RJ and take everyone by surprise. George just doens't give up that easily on someone he really wants [RJ]. I agree with you though, anything is better than Milton.
Also, take this for what it's worth, Stark is saying that the Wright signing seals the deal on the Brown to Atlanta trade now. They just need to work out the specifics.
