Any thoughts on what kind of numbers he will put up this season? Where would you rank him for catchers? I really like him and was just wondering what anybody else thought.

I can definitely see somewhere around last year's numbers .280-25-100

I don't know if he'll be able to turn some of his 38 doubles into homers..if he can then he could push 30 homers...

He's already being kept in most keeper leagues I've seen. I'd definitely say he's a top 3 or 4 Catcher this year.

I agree! Especially hitting at the Jake should help turn some of those doubles into HR.

I have him ranked #8 for 5x5. I see the BA going up, so it'll be on the upside of .285 and I wouldn't be surprised if he hits around .300 for the year. In that offense 70R/100RBI seems realistic. I think the HRs will be in the low 20s, I'll bank on 20 as far as valuing him.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

#8, I'd like to know what catchers you have above a .300 catcher with 20 HR's 70 Runs & 100 RBI.

I personally have him #1 just b/c I think I-rod is going to break.

#8? I have him #4 behind Pudge, Posada and Javy.
